For many years now I have connected with the Nature Spirits especially the Gnomes and have developed a very special relationship with them. They have even made me an honourary gnome in this lifetime (I have been a gnome in previous lifetimes) and they have named me ‘Pebbles’.
I have spent many hours communing with them and have come to understand the energies of the elements and the earth much better through this.
I am extremely grateful for all their gifts to me and would like to share a little of my experiences by giving you the following meditation.
